Subaru required mobile and desktop digital brochures for 8 cars in 7 different regions with 14 languages for each car. Working with developers a custom CMS was created to allow for easy management of the websites.
Responsibilities for this project included designing layouts, cutting and retouching assets and management of these assets on the CMS. Work on this project required liaising with all key members involved. In addition, an overhaul of the project workflow was needed. This entailed creating a new template and an efficient process for generating assets.
The work was received well by the client and resulted in the client placing a greater focus on digital content production to match print production. Management at Designory were impressed with the new workflow system and adopted it for all future digital production. This resulted in a reduction, amounting to hundreds of hours, in the time taken to produce each brochure.
